NITTO’s RB26DETT Stroker kits consist of an increased stroke crankshaft made from 4340 forged billet steel, 4340 forged billet I-beam connecting rods and unique JE/Nitto forged piston set along with upgraded thick wall gudgeon pins and premium ring sets. Engine capacity is increased from 2.6Ltr to 2.7Ltr which provides more power and torque whilst still retaining the RB26’s excellent high revving characteristics. All components have been meticulously machined to exacting tolerances and the highest standards. All Nitto stroker kits are far superior to the cheaper manufactured kits currently available that consist of cast forged crankshafts, H-beam connecting rods and high silicone content pistons.

NITTO’s RB26DETT Stroker kits are designed for use in all motorsport classifications including drag racing, drifting and circuit racing. Rotational capability is lifted to 12,000 RPM and power handling is rated to 1600 HP. The changed harmonics due to the crankshaft material and design results in a much “freer revving” more balanced engine.

Continuous testing and development on and off the track has allowed us to design a kit with extreme strength whilst retaining a sensible reciprocating mass weight.


The NITTO RB series high volume oil pump is a high quality performance aftermarket oil pump that will suit Nissan RB20, RB25, RB26 and RB30 engines. Oil flow and pressure is dramatically increased over that of the factory oil pump which is critical in modified engines for reliability of the lubrication system. Failure of this system is the “Achilles heel” of the Nissan RB series engine even on mildly tuned examples and accounts for a high percentage of ”RB” engine failures.

Factory based oil pumps are highly prone to oil pump gear failure in modified engines due mostly to the quality of the cheaper mass produced material used in the manufacturing of the OEM style gears. Oil pump gear failure will result with inevitable engine damage. For this reason EN Series billet steel material is utilised for the manufacture of NITTO RB series high volume oil pump gears which are far superior in strength and durability to that of both factory and its competitor’s oil pump gears.

NITTO utilizes their precision CNC machined cast alloy outer housing and along with their already proven oil pump design NITTO has now released a new billet alloy backing plate allowing further stability to oil pressure and flow at high rpm levels by minimizing any possible flexing of the housing.

NITTO RB series oil pumps are supplied pre-inspected, blue printed, assembled and cleaned to enable direct installation straight onto your engine and assure total confidence.

NITTO DBS Drag Series metal head gaskets not only use a proven and trusted bead style seal around the bore area but also feature an industry leading stainless metal “O-ring” in addition to the bead seal around the bore that completely seals the multi layers of the gasket from the combustion pressures in the engine. NITTO has carried out extensive testing using “Fuji Prescale Film” pressure testing technology with results concluding that the metal “O-ring” featured on the range of NITTO DBS Drag Series metal head gaskets also provides the highest pressure seal around the bore of any head gasket on the market.

Extreme duty HR-200 coating is employed on the range of NITTO DBS Drag Series metal head gaskets and is far superior to viton coating which is commonly found on cheaper mass produced performance head gaskets. The HR-200 coating offers a premium seal for both water and oil galleries between the cylinder head and the engine block.

NITTO H-beam connecting rods are manufactured using the highest quality one piece 4340 forged billet steel round stock and have been designed as a first stage upgrade for the price conscious racer.

The simpler manufacturing process of the H-beam connecting rod over its BIG brother the “I-beam” has allowed costs to be kept down to a more affordable level without compromising quality. NITTO H-beam connecting rods are specifically designed for high performance street and entry to mid level motorsport applications. They are far superior to any OEM manufactured rod and can hold their own against some of the well known I-beam rods from our competitors.

Using NITTO’s one piece round billet design ensures a uniform flow of the material grain which ensures maximum strength especially when compared to the cheaper manufactured two piece designs commonly found at the lower end of the market.

NITTO H-beam connecting rods feature quality ARP rod bolts and silicone bronze wrist pin bushes to ensure reliability. NITTO H-beam connecting rods are for use in applications that require a strengthened link between the crankshaft and piston but do not require the heavy duty link of an I-beam connecting rod.

Its design lends itself to being slightly lighter and superior in strength than the traditional H-beam connecting rod and far exceeds any OEM produced connecting rods for strength and durability.

Although the manufacturing process is more time consuming and expensive, NITTO’s no compromise approach ensures you get the best connecting rod on the market.

All JE / NITTO pistons are forged from low silicone content T6 – 2618 Aluminium Alloy and finished off with normally optional upgrades including contact reduction grooves, accumulator groove, JE Pro Seal Premium ring sets and upgraded 9310 tool steel piston pins on all kits supplied. Ensuring you have what it takes to deliver results on and off the track.
